I know what you mean because I'm 5'6 and I love the fact that in the past I have squatted twice my body weight, I'm building back up to that, I've pressed 1.5xBW and pulled 2.65xBW, I have taken several self-defense courses over the years and would like to get into grappling, yet having a christ-like heart, I do not have little dog syndrome and I am happy to say that because it is embarrassing to watch.
