  3.  @Belteshazzar0805  After the flood when people started settling around cities from before the flood, they also started worshiping the old gods or Giants that were being worshiped before the flood, and the Lord being a jealous God wanted everyone to see why they should be worshiping him and not these false gods so He had to set up a series of boundaries or Commandments to prevent the people from being corrupted by the secular world so that when the time came, they would stand out and people would come back to their creator which is what the Torah was all about. Let's go back to the New Testament where he again just proves how simple it is to do everything that was said while preaching a new message that went against the Torah itself which is why they started seeing him as a threat and put him on the cross. They said he was blaspheming. You really really need to go back and read the New Testament and see how much he challenged the religious leaders of the day, yes he definitely taught the Jewish religion but he came up with the idea of a personal Messianic relationship that itself is not a religion. Religion steers people into corruption because then they start getting into certain practices that can steer them far away from their creator, like Jews today who do not even believe anything outside of the old testament. They have let the secular world and their own stubbornness prevent them from becoming the people the Lord wanted in the first place and then we have people like you that just repeat whatever they have heard sitting on a bench in a church instead of actually reading for yourself because the Christ constantly and I mean constantly like 24/7 was challenging the religious leaders of that day. It wasn't about the practice, it was about the heart because you can follow the Torah to a t like you're saying and still miss the point like you are displaying 🤦
