  3. In a society where parents aren't allowed to get the belt out before a child reaches the age of accountability, this is what you get. This is learned from the Bible, as well as it also teaches a child's first governor is the mother, and then at some point, typically around the age of accountability, age 7 or 8, is when the father is supposed to take over the structuring of a child towards adulthood, but of course, mothers would rather be your friend and fathers aren't allowed to do anything in the family.
