There are three branches of government for a reason, one enforces the laws even though Joe doesn't know how to enforce his own bedtime, there's a branch to legislate and write the laws, and there's a branch to interpret them in regards to justice. Want to know why people get harsher sentences quicker? Not because of skin color but because of prior offenses
