  1. It's definitely racist to call them people of color, just like you are calling them colored people instead of just plain, people. Regardless why not honor companies that these things happen naturally for set that they still can run a successful business with qualified employees instead of forcing it and causing so much destruction and depression. It's the same thing when they do all of this affirmative action and then these people realize that they don't belong, they are failing and losing and now they are upset.
