Joe Biden has always been like that, even Kamala Harris pointed that out and if you go back to the 2020 primaries, they were both on the bottom, meaning nobody was voting for them to be on the ticket yet here we are. The Democrats had four years to come up with somebody and of course they went with who they wanted instead of what the people voted for, and they had another 4 years to come up with somebody again and they have nobody. This is what they get for being so fake for so long
