I've never listened to fresh and fit but all they do is regurgitate stuff from people like Rollo Tomassi who is somebody you should listen to because that man has been doing all of the work for many years and he brings all of the receipts, and he is basically the Godfather Pioneer of waking up men to the reality of human nature. They oughta be called fraud and fatty, since they aren't shredded, which is good because that's not healthy

  2. Nobody should listen to their show. They are not fresh and fit, they are fraud and fatty, and, they don't create, they just rip off and duplicate. Just about everything that makes sense when it comes to human nature not only can be found in the Bible, but these talking points were ripped off of Rollo Tomasi. Fresh and Frit are frauds. They don't even fully understand the topics which is why Rollo often has to correct them on his own show
