I don't believe that demographic she pulled out of left field without citing her sources. If only they were to get it right by not discriminating, because they claim that businesses were discriminating when they weren't. If you have 50 people apply for a job and they all happen to be white, why the hell would they hire a black person that didn't apply because he didn't want the job because he likely knew he wasn't qualified for the job?
