  4. Getting a marriage license is legal, but violates the morals of the Bible, as you're marrying the State, not the Lord. Marriage licenses came about from Virgina vs Love ? For blacks and whites to marry so marriage licenses came to fight racism yet ended up immoral because the marriage was only allowed if the state allows it. Is that fair?
