  1. Anybody that paid attention in civics class would know that neither candidate can change Roe versus Wade. The president is the head of the executive branch which means the execution of law enforcement, not legislation. Harris was the one that said the first amendment is a privilege when it is a protected right, which means women saying the word no is a protected right just like women telling the boys to wrap it up is a protected right, but having the choice to remove a baby's right to life liberty and the pursuit of happiness is not a protected right. She only ran on that because she is preying on people's ignorance because she has no legs to stand on when it comes to campaigning for president
