How about when Great Britain thought they could do the same thing emptying out to their prisons and sending them over here to the United states, where the people up north sent them down south and they later became known as rednecks which were depleting the welfare system so much because all they wanted to do was drink and fight and sit around doing nothing that it ended up causing the South to request more money from the federal government was getting denied because they were not letting all of Free Labor have the same freedoms that the constitution guaranteed for everybody which led to a thing called the civil war.
