I'm on the concurrent path, i train Strongman, powerlifting, clubbells&kettlebells, jogging/sprinting, plyometrics, and some calisthenics. If you don't want bulk, or slimness like the host here, just build useful muscle. Train to make your life easier. How much can you step-up, hip thrust, or even dip? Heck i kettlebell swing over 1.1xBW. It's fun
