11:15 concurrent training. I lift good&heavy (regulating intensity) 4 days a week and forefoot run or jog 2-3 times a week, periodically sprinting. I do my prehab at night before stretching tomorrow's main movers and keep up in my skills work like hand release psuedo-planche finger tip push ups. I would like to have a place to hang my old bag and blend that in but hey, the important things is to move a lot more, eat more protein and sleep well
