The crazy part is these people get away with it. They already know all of the science, they already know that protein and fat are Central nutrients and that protein is the most valuable nutrient, they don't want people eating meat, they don't want people eating eggs, now that the public is learning that the cholesterol is not the problem, the inflammation from being sedentary and overweight makes cholesterol a problem not cholesterol itself is not the problem, now they need to remove a source. They want to get rid of cattle but it might be easier to get rid of chickens because then everybody now has to turn towards these Laboratories that produce products that really aren't food at all. We are supposed to have the freedom to choose, this is insanity
