Females in the gym is not motivating, just like training with the woman is not motivating, all it does is distract you and make you want to cut everything short so you can go and get your slippery wet cardio out of the way. I train, and I've been building my own home gym for years or I can do my strong man powerlifting in calisthenics on my own time and my own way but that doesn't mean I don't go out for other means of training
