Growing up short with a negative ape index and small hands definitely had me self-conscious for a very long time but when I got into powerlifting after skateboarding, I got really really strong, and so did my hands, even to the point of doing one arm pull ups and one-arm push-ups, even doing push-ups from just two fingers on each hand, definitely has given me a lot of confidence and building up a lot of leg muscles and back muscles also gave me a lot of confidence but what helped me the most when it came to keeping my head up was improving my style and changing my mindset, because having muscles is great but without personality and without a strong mind, they are just for show and that is not enough. You gotta know yourself and trust yourself. I tell people, walk with intention-speak with intention-act with intention as it'll surely boost your confidence, and others will see you as confident.
