Well maybe a lot of those people don't know what an asset really is, as a car for business or a house to rent out, that is an asset, otherwise your personal vehicle and home is a liability, just like how gold is insurance and silver is savings and not an investment, yet a savings account anymore is a liability because of bail-in laws.
