Women certainly have the right to say no just like women certainly have the right to demand somebody where latex, just like women have the right to pursue implants to prevent them from getting pregnant, but the government did not see the right to remove a child's guaranteed rights 2 life liberty and the pursuit of happiness as a protected Federal right so it was given back to the states which means neither candidate would have been able to make a difference which is why it's pointless for her to keep talking about it as if it was ever an issue. In case people didn't pay attention in Civics class, the president is not a legislator just like the president is not a supreme ruler. This is not how things work in a constitutional republic
