  1. Glad it worked out for you, but since everyone's depression is different, everyone's solution is also going to be tailored to themselves. I also threw myself to the other side of the world, and it helped a little bit but not much. I lift weights, have a job, am in a master's program, and do something social at least once a week, and I'm still depressed as fuck.
