  4. There will be always a condensate on metal, so probably foam as insulation is not the best idea. I suggest to use rockwool insulation and make inner wooden frame for it. By doing so you will have ventilated facade from metal, warm and relatively cheap walls with very long lifespan. Lifespan of a foam is very limited (around 5 - 15 years), it is only a question of time when warm air will find it's way to the metal and the condensate will make your walls wet.

  5. "Listening to both sides" works only when both sides are somehow truthful. For example, russians are spreading 100% made up lie about nazis in Ukraine. Why would sane person even spend time reading russian "news"? Same is about hamas.

  6. Good comment, although stairs is always a compromise between comfort and space. Spiral stairs are not comfortable, especially for old people. We all are not becoming younger with age, so it is better not to have any stairs at all.

  7. It is absolutely moronic to believe russian claims. First of all, russians are using USA as common way to explain all own failures. "It is not russian government failure, it is a sabotage agains russians, planned by USA government!". This blame about "crazy woman that drilled a hole intentionally" is common way how russians fake news operates, no surprises here. PR: There is a russian joke about this paranoia: "Obama personally pissed in every russian elevator!" - it refers to low culture of russians, they actually piss in elevators or any other public spaces.
