"It is not russian government failure, it is a sabotage agains russians, planned by USA government!". This blame about "crazy woman that drilled a hole intentionally" is common way how russians fake news operates, no surprises here. PR: There is a russian joke about this paranoia: "Obama personally pissed in every russian elevator!" - it refers to low culture of russians, they actually piss in elevators or any other public spaces.
