  1. kvas is better comparing to coca-cola, it is more like beer with very low alcohol (or zero alcohol). i live in Ukraine, it is very popular summer time drink here

  2. 2%-3%? Please name recipe or brand, i live in Ukraine and it is surprise for me to see such numbers. According to wiki, it can't exceed 1.2%. The word "kvasyty" is modern slang, the correct meaning of this word is "to ferment something".

  6.  @tonydwietwarze  a lot of people are confusing kvas (up to 1.4% of alcohol) with braga (брага, up to 15%) - source for "samogon" (самогон) - self-made strong alcohol (like vodka)

  7. OCHAKOVSKY is ruzzian brand, don't buy it if you against ruzzian aggression. Kvas has very limited due date because of fermentation processes. If your drink has 30+ days due date, it is lemonade with kvas taste.
