  1. It is not loyalty, it is unmotivated superiority and pride. Keep in mind that soldiers in this video (except the man at 5:45 with alcoholic voice) have problems with speech, they are uneducated and lives hand to mouth (problems with alcohol included). There is special term in russian language for it - "social bottom".
