  1. It takes around 20 years to plan, institute and assess a reorganisation of a health system. England has done it 3 times in 40 years and funded it out NHS monies. I've seen both systems up close and im glad I am in Scotland.

  2. Nhs gets very good deals from pharma. All 4 NHSs buy as one and are big enough to take the corporations on. One of the many reasons the Tories hate the NHS
