  1. If we used 1% of current warheads it would cause a nuclear winter that would kill an estimated 2 billion people so an all out war is unlikely to leave anyone alive.

  2.  @MelkorPT  Kissimger and Chomsky thought that if NATO didn't dissolve itself when the USSR broke up then Russia would always perceive it as a threat. A club for all your former enemies and not you would be threatening. We need to be more cunning than issuing threats of retaliation to a man not well connected with reality
