  1. the cost of housing to AFTER TAX AND FIAC income is far to high it must come down the house is the base of retirement so basically our children pay for our retirement which saving from our labors should be the base but it has changed to burden to our children a home should be a home not an investment but the rock of the family! this is where we have gone wrong the lavbor has been held down for reasons and homes should have reflected this but the trick was forcing the next generation to pay for our retirement so stop and look and listen your get it its in your face and cant go on?
