  1. if a burial has to planned and insurance papers in so forth two/three week if it needed to sort out legal things i would think working would force one to pick themselves up and get on with life as to the real time needed to grieve it is far more then three months and going back to work helps it is a process so outside of the legal duty's which require time to much time makes it worse
