Private sector money can and will hold a nation hostage by rate increases, private sector is for profit that is what private sector is all about ,the private sector will buy the basic infrastructure owned by the people for penny's and with LOANS of fiat money a non tangible buy tangible ( real) this is exactly what happen when the Soviet Union fall and the Oligarchs bought up the public sector for pennies on the the dollar!! It ended by Putin jailing them and deporting them!!
