There is one LAW that worked for 60 years till Clinton removed it and that is " The Glass/ Steigal ACT" this protected the depositors and forced banks to separate loans for people and business for not speculation investments it is what gave them the USA Charters they serve a public need ,Banks to day no longer serve the public and now all backs are at risk that simple
