I volunteer at a hospital sponsored pantry we have fresh food that is brought into us a day of the day of expiration meaning 4/5 days to eat!! the food is healthy and without added sugar and yes we have the so called tasty stuff ...

  2. Doctors need to stress healthy weight !! My doc is a wonder he will say far, fat, to much fat is very unhealthy walking if you can is a must and easy no excuses we need more like him!!
