They have been educated by teachers because of language do not themselves have little to no understanding of a life dependent on self reliance. They are taught from day one in our schools about human RIGHTS and Big Government will protect them , it is a thin line between self reliance and law the in between is culture. We no longer have the third tier of religion that develops a strong sense of right in wrong.
