While Western countries respect Muslims and other regions and cultures the host country must be the leader and bring the mixes together not divide them the right demands and productive people of all backgrounds understand this, and that is why they are productive and don't waste time reinventing the wheel they become part off while maintaining the traditions in their personal lives!
