because theres literally hundreds of missing children? and more go missing every day? if its been 20 days why arent you complaining about every child thats gone missing in the past 20 days around the world? because theres too many and the news doesnt have the manpower to cover them all

@stacylincoln1686 Theyve had him as a lawyer their entire adult lives, he is their family lawyer and life long friend. Jesus the completely lack of common sense thinking. Do yourself a favor and never become an investigator or journalist.
6
He literally did have a solid argument. Im sorry that you are unable to comprehend it because his voice was a little too loud.
5
He is standing his ground against her. Proud of him.
4
Why are you immediately going for the step dads neck? why does he need an alibi. Such a stupid thing to assume. What the mom cant be abbusive? Other relatives couldnt have caused him to run away? Ever consider the fact that the kid is just mentally slow and doesnt make the best decisions and there literally is no reason he ran away?
4
oh you have proof they knew something? be sure to submit that to the fbi 🤡
4
Lol what? Outside of a confession that he knew something there is literally nothing to take him to court for.
3
Oh yeah thats what need, more government surveillance. We wouldnt want to be any different from china/north korea or anything.
3
What a stupid thing to assume.
3
@monkeytennis7477 It's the proper way to raise a child. Especially one with a cognitive disability. It teaches discipline. You know, that thing that prevents your kid from growing up to be a spoiled entitled little brat? Theres a reason it's used in military.
3
The law has nothing to do with how polite you are. He is a defense lawyer not your bestest friend.
2
oMg aNoThEr?!?!? yeah its not like people go missing every hour of every day around the world.
2
@dracha6793 Lmao are you trying to sound smart or something? If they had proof of anything the parents or lawyer would be in handcuffs right now (theyre not.)
2
@user_abcxyzz Maybe he expected training from this gig but they didnt do it. You're assuming too many things.
2
How is he being victimized. People are just interested in the case. Also there is a reason these photos and files are available to the public. To protect from cover up conspiracies where coroners lie about the cause of death. She did nothing wrong by requesting and sharing them, even if she monetized it. This is her field of work.
2
@jennifermazuroski9948 There is nothing monstrous about being interested in a true crime case. In fact it's people like that that bring justice to the actual monster that killer her son. You're a fool to call the heros of the world who protect the innocent "monsters". You literally have to look at countless autopsy photos to get into this field of work. Educate yourself and stop judging people who literally make the world a better place for you to live in, stupid.
2
@Thee Thot Raider Children with cognitive disabilities will do lots of things that dont make sense. Also theres many of reasons a kid will run away from home. I've done it. I was never abused or treated unfairly. You dont know that this kid isnt just misbehaving or confused about something.
2
@Thee Thot Raider Never justified abuse, idiot.
2
@monkeytennis7477 What the fk are you talking about. What method? Are you saying children die because of due process? Ok lets just throw everyones parents in prison because there is a chance they are abusing their children. Excellent. Seriously, grow a brain and then use said brain.
2
@monkeytennis7477 Oh wait are you saying he's probably dead now because of waking up at 6am to do chores? LOL nvm you're absolutely too far gone for this conversation.
2
Because she didn't do anything wrong. They arent just horrific photo's. Theyre important evidence in a crime that contributed to putting away the monster that killed her son. Theyre important context to the case for anyone interested in true crime and studying cases like these. Keep your dumb emotions and moral grandstanding out of the field of true crime, investigators always emotionally detach themselves from cases because it impedes judgement, it's no place for your childish outrage that you feel you need to excerpt because your life is so boring.
1
and neither are the IDF. All war criminals.
1
You would too if the entire world was badmouthing you for doing your job and defending your client who was still never named a suspect.
1
@cgeorge3785 lol are you stupid? allowing another adult to leave your house is not only not against the law, it is the law. keeping him from leaving is literally false imprisonment, a felony.
1
@mandystone8970 Ah yes, he misused a word. Ladies and gentlemen, we got him. FBI FBI ARREST HIM HE SAID THE WORD GREIVING ACCIDENTALLY!!! youtube comments lawyers are hilarious.
1
@desertsunset8025 you think a lawyer is going to talk to the fbi? A lawyer of all people? lol.
1
@AngelDommeX are you stupid or replying to the wrong person? im defending the lawyer
1
@AngelDommeX also that is inherently wrong, even lawyers are not legally allowed to lie under oath. they can speak about things from a different perspective or not speak about them at all, but they can not blatantly lie about facts of the case they know to be untrue.
1
malus1426 yes they absolutely should. to protect against cover up conspiracy where coroners are made to lie about the cause of death. stop being an emotional idiot and stay out of the true crime scene if you cannot handle it.
1
This law literally does protect minors. Imagine if someone paid the coroner to lie about the cause of death. Now the fate of justice for your kid lies solely in the hands of the government and theres nothing you can do about it to obtain case files. Private investigators would have literally nothing to go on for a baseline for families who believe a murder was covered up to get closure.
1
Gonna need some evidence to back up that bold claim of yours.
1
@jessicadarby9199 Oh yes because most murders, kidnappings and muggings happen in broad daylight in public areas which is where those cameras you want will be placed. 🙄 Also fyi The US already has 70 million surveillance cameras installed. Thats 1 camera for every 4.7 people in our country. You dont even know what youre asking for. You want surveillance cameras installed on random roads, outside cities, neighborhoods etc. Not only is that immoral and a step towards authoritarian government, but completely impractical to implement unless you want massive tax increases to install them and maintain vandalism. You really have no clue what youre talking about.
1
@mmb1572 ?? Because that goes without saying. He is a defense lawyer, all of his clients are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
1
Yes it literally is a natural response. You never talk to the police, innocent or guilty theya re not on your side. Always lawyer up and protect yourself from a false conviction. Police only care about the cases solved statistics and department ratings.
1
@jennifermonk4275 why doesnt she have the right to do that, if literally anyone can request the photos and get them, all she's doing is adding an extra step, requesting them and then making it easier for people to access them by just selling them.
1
@ladytammy6886 No one said it was her fault. He is pointing out that brian and gabby were in a mutually toxic relationship where the abuse went both ways. It is a fact that in the police encounter with brian there were scratches on his face and back.
1
@ladytammy6886 this is an open forum, you dont need to be talking to me for you to point out the flaws in your logic.
1
@ladytammy6886 Also nothing about what you just said changes the fact that it was Literally told in the police report that brian had scratches on his face and back. It was a mutually abusive relationship.
1
@ladytammy6886 deflecting off the subject when called out on your misinformation? the creation date of my account is of no meaning other than i forgot the email/pass to my last one after a reformat. I sure wish i was getting paid to disprove idiots on youtube, unfortunately it's just an unpaid hobby.
1
Literally no one is finding entertainment from his dead body you twisted freak. It's a true crime documentary channel that dives deep into the details of the case files. The photos are necessary evidence that provide context in comparison with the autopsy report. Theyre literally necessary if you want to study the case and that is why they're available to the public. Quit morally grandstanding about a field of work you know literally nothing about because your life is so boring you feel the need to find something, anything to be outraged about.
1
@spmince Explain how it's wrong. These files are available to the public to protect innocents from being murdererd and covered up by coroners lying about the cause of death. It is always in the public's best interest to be able to audit a case on their own without the government impeding your ability to do so.
1
@BlueZombie7 people already do that but social media platforms have AI that can detect that kind of stuff and auto delete or not even allow you to post it in the first place. as well as google removing search results that contain that kind of stuff.
1
allegedly* still no proof he killed her
1
@sivansuresh208 your theory holds just as much value as the theory that brian killed gabby.
1
@Suprachiasmatic how did they screw up? theyre just following the laws. autopsy photos have always been available to the public and it's meant to fight against corruption in cases where a coroner lies about the cause of death and conspiracies are attempted to be burried.
1
@Suprachiasmatic If you think it's screwed up well I'm sorry to inform you but that just says more about how low your intelligence is. You're reacting emotionally to a policy that protects the public from the government having sole control over cases. It is always in the publics interest to have access to case files and autopsy information to prevent cover ups and coroner pay-offs. Without this private investigators would have zero baseline for their cases they're hired by families to get closure. It is absolutely okay and the fact that you're against this means you've never even thought about your freedoms. It's really sad that people like you exist, you've become so complacent with authority controlling your life that you've not even considered the possibility that maybe the freedom of information act (what you have to file a request to, to obtain this case file) was made to protect YOU.
1
@lighttheway5088 The burden of proof is on the accuser. The very foundation of our country's law is innocent until proven guilty. Gtfo with that mentality.
1
@monkeytennis7477 you have no argument so you've resorted to laughing and calling me a troll 🤣 funny to watch brainlets panic reply.
1
theyre not profiting off a child's death, theyre profiting off the legitimate business of sharing true crime documentaries and providing information on the case to an audience. If any of these people wanted to they could just not pay the 3$ and file a freedom of information act request for these same case files and photos, all she did was sell the convenience of not having to take that step.
1
@lamarjohnson4023 True crime documentaries are her job.
