That doesn't make it not an accident. There was no intent to kill anyone.

Theyre not criminals theyre children. Adults commit crimes, children make mistakes. On one hand they can turn their lives around, but not if you're a psychotic store owner that stabs them in the back 7 times and attempts to sever the spinal chord (yes this happened, it was argued about in court).

@laurence2421 I cant miss some one I dont know. But I can feel empathy for some one suffering from a disease, and separate that fact from what they did, while still condemning it.

@kw8295 addiction itself is a disease. there are no addicts that are "worse" than others. you are so ignorant.

let them fry? you want 3 children to be executed over some tobacco? how fking deranged is society at this point, jesus christ. @MikeyzFunLair

Sad third world country we live in when everyone thinks it's okay to nearly stab a child to death over a couple vapes. Capitalism.

they werent trespassing, they were robbing, and with that misinformation out of the way that is not how "dealing with threats" works. If their back is turned to you legally they are not a threat that you can use deadly force on. This guy stabbed a kid in the back multiple times, who had neither a weapon him or his attention on the clerk. He was objectively and legally speaking, not a threat to be dealt with lethal force. @satriorama4118

Never asked.

Actually you technically are hurting someone by doing drugs when you fund the drug cartels that are involved in human trafficking and murder. You think your drugs just come out of a vacuum? Theres blood on them and you're paying for it. @kingpure9771

probably when theyre adults, which theyre not.
1
@ADCar Actually trying to justify prison for life over some tobacco, LMAO you are on deranged boomer.
1
that store owner was definitely looking for his first blood. He intentionally tried to sever that kid's spinal chord on the 7th stab. @paulbirkbeck1790

@laurence2421 I mean I know you're speaking from emotion but you cant just change the definition of words. A murder requires a thought out plan with intent to kill some one. If we just go around labeling everything that involves a death by negligence as a murder then it downplays the sentences of actual murderers. edit: also this guy doesnt seem like a "drunk" to me. Real drunks actually suffer from addiction which is literally a mental disease. This guy was just a spoiled dumb***.

@laurence2421 alright we get it, youre a sociopath

@CristianGarcia-vm1ms remind me where I defended him?

it wasnt just about losing loved ones did you even watch the video? they were physically abused beyond recognition by their real parents. That is some serious PTSD they're going through, open your ears before stating your opinion.

Not everyone responds and grows through trauma the same. It's hard to take you seriously when you think humans are all robots that should runt he same program. @thanosianthemadtitanic

Yeah thought the person was armed even though they werent facing him and both their hands had merchandise in them when he started stabbing the kid from behind. Totally mustve thought he was armed, amazing deduction. @Thunderbyrd.
