@andrewwaggoner1831 You have to prove she killed them on purpose for your argument to make any sense. She was a child behind a wheel. Anything could have happened, panic, medical emergency, etc. All the prosecutors had was a video tape of the car and nothing else, no motive.

@andrewwaggoner1831 Jury's convict innocent people all the time without enough evidence. I have literally no faith in human error getting to decide if some one spends the rest of their life in prison or not. When theyre allowed to look at "circumstantial" evidence and "character witnesses". Half the stuff they show are just character assassination, how is a tiktok of a teen girl partying relevant to whether she was in an accident or not? Like she's not allowed to live her life and has to be sad sally 24/7 after?

@vito774 where is the proof then? there is none presented in the video. you only think that because you trust the jury because you want her to be guilty. cognitive bias. I only believe the things presented before my eyes as fact.

@vito774 so then just change my comment from jury to judge. what is the difference? use your critical thinking skills. jurys and judges are just people, prone to human error. I dont trust a humans capability to determine guilt without any evidence. People are biased.

@ Yes because judges and juries never make mistakes. Guess our whining is irrelevant every time an innocent person is convicted.

@o7Pabo Are you serious? Seizure? Fainting due to blood pressure or dehydration? Cardiac events (yes kids can have them, it's called genetics)? Stroke? Allergic reaction? And yes a panic attack CAN cause you to accelerate, not everyone reacts like YOU think YOU would. You are the delusional one here.
