  4. She may be guilty of incompetence, but silence has nothing to do with it. You always have a right to remain silent and anyone that utilizes that right is just being smart. Dont talk your way into a jail cell for something you didnt commit, law enforcement is not your friend, they dont like open cases and will use anything you say to decide you're guilty.

  27.  @chyennele1101  I didnt say she gave the credit card. But yes the van was registered under his name as well. He was on the insurance and the mother admits they were both saving for that van. So it is just as much his as it was hers. The credit card is something entirely different.

Why would you write a letter to your friend and send it by post mail for it to arrive days later when you can send and received texts instantly? And yes in todays society i 100% believe that having a phone is necessary for having a solid social life and expanding your reach with the rest of the world. being able to look up tutorials/guides/information with something that you can keep next to you at all times of the day is better than any form of education we've ever had, including books and personal desktop computers. phones are literally the future of everything, from entertainment, to social outreach, to education etc.

Literally any hobby/activity is unaffected by whether you have a phone with your or not. And if you're that worried about being tracked then go live off the grid in a cabin in unclaimed territory. Because phone or not the government has your address and personal information regardless of if you have a phone or not, so thats a dumb argument to make.

  36. This is pure misinformation, the police will respond to calls and will arrest and retrieve your stolen goods. The under 900$ thing is just the difference between a misdemeanor and a felony. But it does not absolve people of their crimes and allow them to get away with your items. Do not speak on subjects you're clearly not versed in. @im1who84u
