@archkull why should it not take this long? even with these lengthy trials, appeals, etc we have still executed innocent people. captial punishment should not even be legal because of the innocents that it has taken. even one is too many.

im sure a lot of people called him a mistake of nature or names along those lines before he murdered anyone. ever stop and think that your lack of empathy is what turned him into a monster in the first place? society as a whole needs to change or this will never stop happening.

@XxskidudekidxX no it was not. there's a witness that says he wasnt in the car and no evidence to support that he was. Do you have any evidence that he was or do you just read youtube comments and make up your mind based on that?

Slow justice does not mean flawed justice. As complicated and restricted as our justice system is we still get it wrong sometimes and imprison or even execute innocent people. That rate would skyrocket if we just decided to speed everything up. It is slow because it is trying to keep the false positives of guilty verdicts as low as it can.

@MrJagger112 it doesnt matter if you plead guilty or not. he still needs a trial to determine whether he is qualified for a death sentence or not. people with mental disorders should not be executed. they are not capable of seeing the world the same as you or I do.
