@UrLocalGothGf No, you are the one jumping to conclusions. The facts of the situation were that they approached him first, and they surrounded and assaulted him.

because he used it in self defense? what makes you think you can be mobbed by 15 people and NOT use deadly force to protect yourself?

@mikumin727 The father is operating under the justifiable assumption that the courts made a mistake. As forgetting to file documents is not the first thing that comes to mind in the high stress environment of your son potentially being arrested for no reason.

@naternater3199 separate situation that has nothing to do with the stabbing charge. try to stay on topic. everyone deserves a defense, that is what this country is built upon. innocent until proven guilty is the foundation of america.

he wasnt even being creepy, he was literally just looking for his friends phone in the water and they immediately thought he was trying to look at the girls and started calling him a predator. And then they attacked him for no reason. He acted in self defense and in the end the justice system failed him.

@Red-kw4uu no one said it's a "reason" but it can be an explanation as to how he was so easily manipulated.

@shawnmaria9064 no, the mother tortured him, the brother was mentally manipulated into thinking he was doing the right thing

@sammy-er7on She doesn't lack listening skills. She is trying to get the person to calm down and start from the beginning and explain how the situation started. All she was doing is screaming about some guys intestines falling out. The entire point of the dispatcher at that point is to calm the caller down. It's not her job to take notes and gather evidence. The dispatcher has already pressed a button to dispatch police and medical services at that point, all she is doing is trying to keep the caller on the phone and calm her down.

@RevondaWright he did not go down there to look at girls, he was looking for his friends phone and the teens immediately started calling him a predator. they escalated it for no reason.

@helloisitmeurlookingfor5898 They were not children. They were young adults and outnumbered, surrounded and assaulted him. He defended himself. That boy fxxx-ed around and found out.

@mavin-u7n the person got stabbed because they got in his personal space while he was being surrounded by 15 people. yes he could get in his car, leave him to do that instead of attacking him. he was already being physically assaulted by people when he decided to defend himself, his adrenaline was already pumping.

@Nicole-kc1vx asking who you need to call to get an (in your eye) innocent man being freed from a false arrest because (in your mind) a clerk screwed up with the court papers and re-issued a warrant. Is not corruption. It is called a misunderstanding. Learn the difference. If you knew for a fact your son went to court and dealt with the legal problems like he was supposed to you'd be upset too in this situation. It doesn't matter if the dad was right or wrong, calling a mistake corruption is just bad faith narrative pushing and you know it.
