  2. MILK MAN to amend the constitution requires first that 2/3 of the congress approve an amendment ratification process and then 3/4 of the states have to approve it. That isn’t going to happen. If trump tries to pull some bullshit executive order nonsense it will be challenged immediately and no court in America will ultimately uphold it. You trump cultist sheepeople are such gullible easily manipulated fools it would be laughable if it wasn’t so pathetic

  3. Georgia Hoek the memo has done as you asked. The method for amending the constitution is quite clear. The senate has to propose an amendment. 2/3 of senators have to approve the amendment. Then 3/4 of the states have to ratify the amendment. The Supreme Court is not involved. Trump is going to try to manipulate the constitutional amendment process by signing an executive order and then letting lawsuits be filed challenging his executive order. Trump hopes that this current right wing activist Supreme Court will do his bidding. Of course we all know that is exactly why the senate Republicans and trump and particularly Mitch McConnell did what they did to get Kavanaugh on the court. Trump and the Republican Party now want to use the Supreme Court to legislate their social agenda. All intelligent people already know what the future holds if the Republican Party is successful at completing their right wing politicization of the National Court system

  5. 867 5309 no the Supreme Court wouldn’t look at the intent. At least a conservative Republican Supreme Court Justice wouldn’t. They are strict constructionists of the constitution and the 14th amendment is unambiguous. Google it. It says nothing about the parents nationality
