It started under Barack Obama and so far at least trump has been unable to screw it up but his deregulation of the financial services sector and his $1.5 trillion tax cut for corporations and the wealthy including trump and his 17% increase in the national debt so far are the same government policies that caused the Savings and Loan disaster and the Wall Street Financial Bank disaster which was the biggest financial disaster since the Great Depression
