In the last 15 minutes there has already been documented from MUELLERS report that there is AMPLE evidence to charge a crime of obstruction of justice. There is furthermore significant evidence of trump campaign members attempting to obtain information from Russian operatives to interfere in the election. Evidence sufficient for proof beyond a reasonable doubt does NOT mean no evidence. Furthermore MUELLER clearly states that he does NOT exonerate trump from crimes regarding obstruction of justice and CLEARLY does NOT leave it to BARR to determine if Obstruction of Justice by trump was committed. Congress will NOW do their CONSTITUTIONAL duty and determine if trump should be impeached for a corrupt abuse of his authority.

  3. Phoenix You like all Americans have not seen Muellers report. What BARR says is spin to protect trump. There is far more information regarding the corrupt behavior of trump and his campaign than Barr claims. Barr is irrelevant

Barr’s definition of obstruction of justice and whether or not a sitting president can obstruct justice or be indicted is irrelevant. The Memo assumes you are not an Attorney. Google the LEGAL definition of Obstruction of justice and you won’t be so ill informed

Collusion is not a legal term. Mueller does NOT say NO evidence. And Obstruction of Justice does NOT require an underlying crime. Obstruction of an INVESTIGATION into whether or not a crime was committed is by DEFINITION Obstruction of Justice. It’s up to CONGRESS to determine if trump has committed impeachable crimes. What Barr says is irrelevant. You should wait for the ENTIRE Mueller Report to be released
