Every major city in America has this problem. Los Angeles county alone pays 3.78% of all taxes collected by the IRS. On a percentage basis there is a higher homelessness rate in Anchorage Alaska and Salt Lake City Utah than LA. Los Angeles county has 11 MILLION people and 53,000 homeless according to HUD. People in California have ZERO concern with hillbilly red state America but Fox News And republitards Are obsessed with California the worlds 5th largest economy BECAUSE California has ZERO Republicans elected to statewide office in over 12 years

The Memo has resided in Los Angeles for 50 years and there’s nothing about California he doesn’t know. Also The Memo is aware that Republicans controlled California politics for 37 of the last 53 years and over 12 years ago Californians had enough of Republican policy’s causing all the problems in California. Now for the last 8 years California under Jerry Brown and a Democrat controlled Legislature has turned the state around. The worlds 5th largest economy. A $21.5 billion budget surplus and a$16.5 billion rainy day fund currently. California is 16% of America’s GDP. Los Angeles county alone pays 3.76% of all taxes collected by the IRS. The five counties of the San Francisco Bay Area alone pay 5% of all taxes collected by the IRS. California is the center of the America’s Technology Entertainment Aerospace Manufacturing Agriculture and second only to NYC as America’s financial services center. There are areas of low income people all under republican politics though. Like Bakersfield and Fresno for example. You know. Kevin McCarthy and Devin Nunes territory. The poor people always seem to support Republicans. Why is that?
