  1. Talking about energy from the rounds, I notice that the highest energy from these rounds, the Buffalo Bore, is 461 ft-lbs. I have guns in 9mm, .45ACP and .40S&W. The 155gr, at standard pressure, generates 500 ft-lbs. in various self-defense rounds. I have Winchester Silvertip and Ranger loads. These are not high-pressure rounds. I recently got FMJ ammo from Federal which generates about 490 ft-lbs.
