  1. Kallas talks about Russia waging a war in Europe. She is the EU foreign policy chief. The war is not being waged in the EU. So, to threaten a sovereign state with "consequences" because of their participation in the commemoration of a historic event seems a bit out of place. This is true especially because that event was a part of liberating Europe from an evil European nation that had enslaved most of Europe.
