I find it hilarious the way you bring up "embargo" at about 2:10. You seem to imply that there is something concrete to this. Any law, which is what an embargo or sanction is, must be enforced. Who enforces this between nation states? This is funny to me because a lot of Russians who have left Russia because of the war and Ukrainians seem to think there is some abstract "international law". ALL laws, from local ordinances to the most serious criminal law with a state require extensive enforcement mechanisms. Basically, that means police and courts. In the realm of nation states it requires military and economic power. The application of the former generally leads to war. That can be true even in the case of the latter. Basically, what I am finding is that Europeans seem to have a warped sense of reality. They are very unsophisticated about how the world works. That is most probably why Europe is on the wane.
