  1. The Russian Federation looks to be headed to one of the scenarios that have been put forward regarding its future. Warlordism. Frankly, I believe this is the most likely now. This will not be a cartelized country. It will be a breakup of the whole sordid enterprise. The Russian Federation is one of the last traditional imperialist empires in the world. It is destined to break up. China may be next, but that is another story. This will not be a breakup into a number of "beautiful republics" of peaceful peoples outside of Muscovy. This is something I hear from Ukrainians. They are very naive.
