  1. I read somewhere that we were all going to be eating snake meat soon. You might want to start a snake ranch. Actually, my brother-in-law brought over a can of snake meat he got in Arizona. We tried it. It wasn't all that good.

  2.  @EconLessons Chicken, yes. We call it the "other, other white meat". I am in the Midwest. One time while deer hunting a guy brought out a mess of "gator sticks". Just like beef sticks, but with gator meat. They were not bad. I get the impression that gators might be more cost efficient to farm than beef. Is that your analysis?
