  1. I was with you until the green energy stuff. If you hadn't noticed green energy has been a disaster for countries like Germany. They shut down their nuclear plants (which are green, by the way) and invested heavily in wind and solar. As a result, they have some of the highest energy costs in the developed world. It is killing their industry. The UK is going through a similar situation. These are among the richest countries in the world. The thing you forget is that billions upon billions have been spent on research and development in the green energy sector and we are still nowhere near being able to replace fossil fuels. It's physics, not economics.
