  1. The Russian oil is bad (so are the equivalents used in the rest of the world for the same reasons), but the worst food quality is in China. There they have things like "gutter oil" where people skim oil literally out of the gutter and reuse it. Then you have cooking oils transported in the same trucks that transport hydrocarbons (fuel) without proper, or in some cases any, cleaning. And that is just the tip of the iceberg in China. It is truly frightening.
