  1. A new order dominated by China and Russia? These are two countries that may well not exist in their current forms by the end of this decade. Between demographic collapse and political instability, they both are looking into the abyss. So, good luck with that. As for Europe having strategic autonomy from the US, dream on. In fact, it is Putin who is driving the US and Europe closer together. This includes tighter economic integration as well. There are lots of alternatives to Russia and China in terms of both raw materials and manufacturing. The shift away from Russia and China is already underway.
